@mskahin1 🫂 There was definitely a toxic work culture when I worked in the nhs as a bank admin Managers never understood and blamed me often for getting it wrong Colleagues abused my trust and wouldn’t listen It’s disheartening I miss some of them and feel bad for the sensitive souls
