I did 60 mins on the stairs 7 days a week on speed 10 while eating like 1200-1500 cals. Not healthy. Just wanted the weight off

Didn’t know what calories were. Just the way I was brought up I guess. Lol. I literally didn’t know what calories were before I started.

To lose, 60 mins cardio daily while eating OMAD.
To gain muscle 30-45 cardio while weight training and eating around 250g protein daily. To sum it up
If I was to go tomorrow, there is one thing I could rest happily with knowing that I love everyone and there isn’t one person in this world I hate. Rest in Power
