I’m telling my story as it happened to me. Maybe I speak too harshly. It was a harsh experience. I need to narrow my scope. Narrow my audience to those who are willing to try to make a change. To seek justice. Aim small miss small. Maybe the big fish gets away.

My coach friend says I still use to much lumbar through my lifts. My back feels surprisingly good these days. I definitely have tight hamstrings though. Something I need to address.
