These cars (like modern road cars) are supposed to crumple and fall apart like this to protect the drivers.
Back in the 60/70s the philosophy was ‘big chunky car will hit wall harder so driver is ok’ but then they realised that crumple zones are more important.

2) introduce more tyre manufacturers, stops manufacturers like Pirelli becoming complacent
3) make regulations which actually create less dirty air. Not just the 2021 high rake cars with a different look
After those 3, then consider refuelling.

Crazy idea for qualifying that has no purpose other than being hilarious:
If a driver impedes another driver, instead of getting a 3/5 place penalty, they swap places with the driver they impeded.
For example, Carlos 3 place penalty for impeding Gasly, which resulted in Pierre
