@AMinerDetail I and many will use this much more than 270 and 495 so your first point is wrong. And the reason we aren’t building more auto infrastructure is one that it doesn’t mitigate traffic and two more automobile travel is the oposite of what is good for our region.

@JanHGri @AMinerDetail I agree that transit should be held to a high standard of safety (as DC metro is and purple line should be) but why isn’t automobile transportation held to the same standard?

@RayTrainToTrop also he should up zone the whole city and relook the height of buildings act to make it hard for drones to surveil residents.

@EstherLWells @headwaysmatter @SmPotatoes the project is very close to done at this point, its just a game of installing electronics and some track now. the expensive elevated guideways and subways have been built.

@gurujonah @wmata adding onto what metro replied the reason for the slow approach is that in the wet and ice track gets slick they could lose traction and have the wheels lock up which grinds them flat in a spot and ruins them.
