@bjbluecat @vodafoneNZ I hung on hold for the 60 mins. Turns out there is a fault impacting multiple properties. Wish they’d update their outage map.

.@vodafoneNZ my WLG broadband has been down since around 1pm. After waiting 60mins I was told it was a network fault and ‘too minor’ to be on your outage map. Still down, suggest you update it or what’s the point of having it?
