i usually ate 200ish if i were to eat.

i would fast usually 20+ hours, sometimes shorter .. my longest fast during this was 75 hours, whenever my mom got concerned .. ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´ω`ﾟ)ﾟ｡

i didn't restrict myself too much on what exactly i did eat .. but i usually went for things that are generally healthier ..

i think it's important to note that i drank barely any soda or high sugar drinks during this time period ^_^ bai water, lemonade, and motts for totts apple juice (watered down kind) were all my best friends.
