@Grasshoppercpp1 @AssesAreDonkeys @CMerandi @WebMD oh it is all the medical industrial complex. The journals, studies, etc. I saw a doctor video who was studying hyperalgesia and he disagreed and his funding was cut. He said he hoped someone could pick it up.

@BooBitch1973 @ChadDKollas It also shouldnt be taken with ssri because it works on serotonin and people can develop serotonin syndrome when adding tramadol to an ssri.

I had kidney stone and was vomiting and doubled over. Doc asked if i wanted something for pain and i said no, i took naproxen before i came and i have to drive home. He asked again, i said no. And then after the ct scan he said the nurse is bringing you a pain pill and i am sending you home with prescription. Apparently the stone was large. So i think by not asking but they could see my pain, i got medication. I think this goes with number 1 of they expect to bargain.

I just read a pro vs con by rsds organization about journavx. It only affects nerves at the periphery (outside brain and spine). Like arms and legs. It is weaker than vicodin. It is more useful post op, because pain originates at the incision, but not for chronic pain. It failed treatment of low back pain. Given its weak nature it is unlikely to help CRPS, pain triggered by spinal cord or brain. The conclusion, it did not demonstrate significant benefit over placebo and not very effective.

@EpochTimes Sadly it is lucrative business for doctors, hospitals and creates lifelong patients. Every different proceedure is more money. Looking at gender conformation center. Top surgery, 8-11 thousand. Most are 10-50 thousand for each step.

@Grasshoppercpp1 @greenbeetleCBD Oh wow, that is horribly painful to have arachnoiditis. Btw gabapentin for me, no pain relief, swollen feet, blurry vision, couldnt read a book, cognitive issues, lost words.

@Grasshoppercpp1 @Katamac1967 The opioid free surgeries use this and other drugs like iv tylenol which is $1000 a bag. Best to find out what the protocol is. You could be given gabapentin and not know it.

@DineshDSouza All they do is fear monger and scream. If i ever heard a rational explanation for anything i would faint. I have not idea what their policies are or why.

I guess you dont know how to look up anything? Epidemiological studies • No harmful effects in human fetuses. • Most, based on information obtained with pre-1991 machines. • Around that time, FDA allowed the acoustic output of US machines for fetal use to be increased from • 94 to • 720 mW/cm?, a factor of almost 8 ultrasound can cause thermal and non-thermal bioeffects. Thermal effects are the most concerning and can cause hyperthermia in rapidly developing fetal tissues. The safety indices of thermal index and mechanical index are displayed to guide users, but do not consider all risk factors. Doppler mode poses higher risks due to greater acoustic output. Examinations should be limited in the first trimester and exposure time restricted based on safety index values to minimize risks according to ALARA principles.

@calleymeans @MidwesternDoc Michigan has a law that you cannot sue any pharmaceutical company. Found that out when family member died of TTP after plavix and before it became a black box warning. That was discovered post market.

If you went to hospital you couldnt get monoclonal antibodies, instead you got remdisivir. One family i knew, sent husband to hospital, all were sick but not sick enough for admission. Come back when you cant breathe, i helped them find access to antibodies. They lived, husband died and hospital never mention antibodies to the family. And they didnt know anything about them.
