It’s so backwards that we continue to pay people less based on age. There is also no way we can encourage people towards vocational skills and apprenticeships if we continue to undervalue their labour. We need a £15 minimum wage for all.
This government is putting more money in your pocket with a pay rise from April for millions of working people. That is our Plan for Change in action.

We must fix this if we want to fight the far-right and keep getting greens elected. The next leadership election is a great opportunity to make change. Until then get organised, start sharing best practice and work to build the skills we so desperately need.
