We are so proud to be celebrating such an incredible activist. So many LGBTIQA+ folks from history get their identities overwritten - they were ‘just friends’, or ‘didn’t use that kind of language then’. Octavia Hill was a proud woman who loved other women, and we celebrate her.

We're proud to support this statement, alongside other LGBTIQA+ groups. We've been been failed by successive governments: on banning conversion therapy, on access to trans healthcare, despite being promised change. #SackStreeting

We also - as your committee - send our solidarity to everyone as the month begins. We will continue to play our part in tackling queerphobia in all its forms, with a particular focus on pushing back against the hate faced by trans and non-binary folks ✊🏳️⚧️
