As a big person who has experiences with binge eating, this is the most accurate I’ve ever seen it portrayed. Sometimes you do eat like a cartoon. And especially when you’re that size it’s going to be worse.
I really hate i have to land on this side of the discourse but scenes like this id legitimately argue is a dangerous idea to put in the heads of thin people. An overweight person does not have to eat like a cartoon to get obese.

Rewatched Zodiac. Best crime thriller based on true events? Without a doubt. Fincher’s best? Very possibly. Creates a unique rhythm that I’ve never seen a single other film replicate. You become just as obsessed with the details as Jake does. Just perfection.
