There are other sentences which are much looser. "reckless language" is pretty darn vague. Plus it wasn't debated, is most likely the thin end of the wedge and will be accompanied by other censorship bills eg misinformation. A meme mocking a protected group eg trans will get you in trouble bc they say they feel unsafe. Wait and see.
