don’t wear your comfort clothes or fav clothes (that helps me a lot) and you can only wear them again after at least 48 hours binge free (if that it too long then just shorten that time or whatever you want)

no but how are you gonna lose 60kg in 7 days? You‘d have to lose more than 8.5 kgs a day and if that is possible then teach us how. What kinda exercise would you have to do and we dont even gotta talk about eating. All ive heard is that 1-3kg a week is possible
