Teachers should NOT have to do the job of police. Get metal detectors in all schools, enforce locked doors & 18 yr old kids can't buy a gun...if they can't drink alcohol or smoke till 21, can't buy a gun till then. Background checks. Mandatory safety training. Lots of solutions.

Investing in coordinated social programs is an evidence-based way to curb homelessness, food insecurity, healthcare costs and violence. Camden, NJ is a great model...They overhauled police dept and put money into social programs. Murder and violence rate plummeted.

That is what happened in Camden NJ. It was the murder capital and police dept. corrupt. They fired the whole dept and transferred funding to the county sheriff. Police had to apply for jobs again and do lots of training. In a few years, crimes plummeted.

Sure, $GME short volume of 79.23% is normal trading. Gamestop had 6.25 million volume and 4.95 million of that was sold short, meaning 4.95 million shares were sold that didn't exist.

I think this is where the 300k borrowable shares came from. Blackrock's biz model is to buy/own shares long, lend to short-sellers, make money off interest. They've done it since day one. I believe they sold the 4 million in June directly to short-sellers.
