AAU and playing game after game isn’t helping players, even the D1 athletes. At a younger age, the focus should be on skill development and basketball IQ. Get in the gym with your HS programs in the offseason and practice!

Give this interview with @dhurley15 two minutes of your time. It’s not just about recruiting good players. It’s about having the right people in and around your program. It only takes one player, parent or coach to bring divisiveness into a locker room and kill a culture.
