@JezCarlton Wellcome says this "If you are unable to make the VoR or AAM open access, you may post a preprint under a CC BY. We will accept this as compliant with the policy in these situations". The problem is for those hybrid journals that charge pay fees. No way I can pay

@JM_Gahan I don't have money to cover APC so already stopped considering those journals not compatible with Wellcome's policy. Year 2025 will be interesting to watch
