Just downloaded Hevy, actually looks pretty decent so thanks for the recommendation. This morning I tried my workout I created on the new @Bodybuildingcom app, my God it’s worse than I thought. No way to edit, input reps or weight, only to check a box to complete each set. Also once your workout is done it’s gone, no way to see previous history. Trying too hard to be a social media site than a workout log. Quite the downgrade.

@VanillaGrilla69 @Bodybuildingcom I haven’t seen anything related to payments yet, although for how simple and easy BodySpace was I wouldn’t mind paying a small monthly fee to use it. Tried creating some new workouts on the newer app tonight, not a fan.

Used to be such a great city, well both cities. I sold a car to a friend several years ago and it was stolen, found in St. Paul completely gutted. Homelessness population abounds, crime rampant…folks we dodged a bullet with Harris and Walz.
2/ UPDATE on the overnight double shooting in north. Minneapolis Police Investigating a Shooting that Killed One and Injured Another February 7, 2025, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said today that the Minneapolis Police Department is actively investigating a double shooting that killed a man and injured a woman. On February 7, 2025, at approximately 1:45 a.m., officers from the 4th Precinct responded to a shooting on the 2500 block of 26th Ave N. Inside a residence, they found a man in his 20s with life-threatening gunshot wounds and a woman in her 20s with apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite officers’ immediate lifesaving efforts, the man died at the scene. The woman was transported to Hennepin Healthcare Hospital for treatment. Preliminary investigations indicate that the shots were fired from outside the residence, striking both victims inside. Officers secured the scene and canvassed the area. MPD Forensic Scientists processed the scene and collected evidence. Investigators are now working determine the sequence of events that led up to the shooting. At this time, no arrests have been made. Chief O'Hara said there is currently no indication that this shooting is connected to the homicide that occurred hours earlier on the 2400 block of 18th Av S. "This is the second homicide in less than four hours, and it also appears to be targeted," said O'Hara. "We cannot stand by and let this continue. Anyone with information should come forward and assist our investigators. We need the community's support to solve this horrific shooting." The GO# for this incident is 25-031310. Well said. I wasn’t aware of this so call “church” until yesterday when a liberal friend of mine posted on FB regarding trans. Absolutely disgusting tickling many ears leading people astray. I keep hearing in my spirit that places such as this will have their lamp stands removed, thank you Lord! “Look how far you have fallen! Turn back to me and do the works you did at first. Couldn’t agree more! It’s interesting how many of the same people that are all about buy/shop local, would rather send money to those on the other side of the world. And yet they turn a blind eye to the homeless drug addict a few blocks from their house. @RealAFShow
