Judges disagree because judges are human and judges often interpret and see the world through their ideological lens. Which is why these cases went judge shopping to find a judge they knew would rule the way they did. All of these judges thus far are about as low on the federal court hierarchy as can be. When these judges are overturned by higher courts will the left then agree “ok, we were wrong.” No. They won’t. Because not even a SCOTUS ruling against what they want will be accepted.

@StVincentGrad23 @selldit @whstancil You are making the allegation. So you show the proof. POTUS can run the executive branch as he sees fit within the law. None of this is against the law just because one might not like the outcome.

No. When there is a conflict, Elon doesn’t have the ability to get involved. POTUS and Sec Bessent specifically said so. Also what is being addressed is discretionary spending. Not mandatory spending. So no, Elon is not avoiding touching his own companies. If he came across it…someone else would be making that decision.

@PeteButtigieg Isn’t this EXACTLY what you did to make that “gender terminology” change in the first place? Irony much?

He personally doesn’t need to be a “forensic accountant” Jessica. He also started a successful electric car company having never been a mechanical or electrical engineer. He also started a space rocket company without having an astrophysics degree. He also runs a social media platform without ever having an IT degree. He also is successful navigating billions upon billions of dollars when managing company budgets and shareholder responsibilities without having an economics degree. He has proven himself a successful and driven manager of teams who solves problems (often financial) with tech and code. Stop this stupid “lack of authority” argument. And this isn’t a constituional crisis.

@cadenbahlbowls @jacochran @robbystarbuck @AndreBlknotDem @ryanstewman As a Recording Academy member and Grammy Voter, I can appreciate the art that is being done by an artist on an album AND think that same art is a horrible fail of a Super Bowl halftime entertainment show. Both can be true.

Beatles won only 8 Grammys. Elton John won only 5 Grammys. Queen has never won a Grammy. Jimmy Hendrix has never won a Grammy. Chuck Barry has never won a Grammy. Prolific #1 hit songwriter Diane Warren has only won 1 Grammy. I think one can now safely say that the number of Grammy awards one has won is less indicative of your musical prowess and more indicative that you and your team of “people” know how to play the “Recording Academy game” for Grammy votes.

RT @KurtSchlichter: Here is a long take on the court injunction crisis, which is less crisis than an opportunity… OK, stop panicking about…

@friesen_f @RandPaul That take assumes world supply remains where it is today. When we start drastically increasing our output as well and fullfilling more and more of that global demand you refer to, as well as our own demands for energy,…that math changes for everyone.

No one tunes into the Super Bowl excited to see, “what are we going to protest tonight?” Yet these folks are still trying to figure out how to take a knee and force us into watching it. Then spend the next morning posting condescending lectures on social media about how we should interpret it. ‘Cause if you didn’t understand it, you are the problem. And the best way to virtue signal you are “woke” and an Ally, is to propagate the explanation and lecture your white friends to get on board.

@Smurf5680 @realdogeusa Officially yes. But POTUS can effectively reduce it to be a skeleton of its former self until then.
