I asked the president of the Southwest Airlines flight attendant union how last few days compares in terms of flight disruptions:
“With the exception of September 11, this is one of the most horrific days that Southwest Airlines flight attendants have ever had to work through.”

My Granny turns 97 today. She was born in the Bronx and raised on Long Island. During WWII, she lied about her age to get a job making aircraft parts. She married into the Army, had 10 kids, and lived around the world. She’s an artist and a comedian. And I love her very much.
