WFH was better than people feared for short term but long term downsides are becoming more apparent. Winter alone at home is less productive than inspiring offices. Let’s make office life safe and great for collaboration
I suspect many companies and staff will tire of WFH after a while. Corporate culture is hard to maintain over Zoom. Separation of home and work life is difficult. Once winter sets in loneliness and isolation will become more pronounced.
