My son is still in the hospital. He had a couple of episodes in which he passed out, including one in the ER when they thought his heart was failing. His brain scan was clean and his blood work is normal. They expect to due additional heart tests today.

I humbly ask for your prayers…again. Back in November I had surgery on my back. I was healing nicely until last week, when I again had low back pain radiating into my right leg. Pray that they can control the pain as I heal without the need for a second surgery.

Tomorrow at 11 Central, I’m going in for epidural steroid injections into my low back, two herniated discs. Hopefully this will reduce the pain.

My son is doing better and will likely be discharged today. They installed the loop recorder in his chest wall yesterday and that procedure went well. He showered, ate, and was resting comfortably last night reading a book in his hospital bed. He will likely be discharged today.
