Update: Last day of the month and doing my final weigh in I lost 4lbs but I definitely got some gains in the glutes. My eating habits weren’t the best do to vacations but it’s a journey and nobody is perfect. 9 lbs from goal weight tho! Let this be your motivation 💪🏽🫶🏽

Yes I changed my diet completely. I did intermediate fasting , portion control on meals , and no fried foods and sweets and making smoothies

I also burned more calories i would intake.. averaged burning 1,000+ calories a day working out 5 days out the week

Another update on my weight loss journey… I’m starting to unbig my back! My insecurity is my back but finally seeing the progress feels very unreal. Disappointing to see my back used to look like that but even more proud of my changes. Hope I’m still motivating someone 🫶🏽💪🏽
