Big changes you can make that will actually have an impact on the success of a new store: 1. New and completely different creatives targeting a more specific demographic with a bigger pain point. Keep everything else as close to the largest competitor you can find.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but AI still sucks at writing copy. I'm finding much better headlines just scrolling through reddit threads and amazon comments and copying customers words.

Facebook is not spending my money. We're down to 1/8th daily budget being spent. I've tried: - Verifying payment methods - Changing payment methods Anyone been in this situation before who can drop some sauce on what to do?

For a second it seemed like Trump killed dropshipping... But then a day later he made an amendment that brought it right back to normal. I just filmed a full breakdown on what you need to know about the tariifs. Reply to this post and I'll send it overšŸ¤

The hungriest markets are the people who are facing a desperate problem. Either: - It's very embarrassing - It's very painful - It's affecting loved ones The bigger the problem you solve the easier it will be to scale.

I always thought that being a successful entrepreneur meant you had to do something crazy new and innovative. Not at all. That's how you end up in debt. You can quite easily make millions by just copying something that's currently working and improving it by 10%.

I used to barely use AI at all. Now I find myself asking for help with everything I do. And already don't know how I lived without it. "It's like we just discovered a new continent with 10 billion people who are all willing to work for free." (Quote from a podcast I was listening to) This is a huge pivotal moment in history. If you're not messing around with AI, start now. Learn the ropes and eventually you'll discover a way to make it dramatically improve your life/work flow. Best way I've found is to start using it like a search engine.

11 ways my team and I are currently implementing AI into our work flow: 1. Generating hook titles for short form posts 2. Writing captions for organic posts 3. Responding to comments on ads and posts 4. Market research 5. Generating content for ads 6. Generating content for landing pages 7. Asking random questions about how to do something 8. Summarizing content for our weekly newsletter 9. Writing subject lines for our weekly newsletter 10. Generating prompts for AI content tools 11. Generating search terms to find new influencers

Which image is UGC, and which one is AI? AI has gotten so good you can take your existing brand content and multiply it into a hundred variations within the day. Today I recorded exactly how I generated this before and after transformation. Reply to this post and I'll send it overšŸ¤

I was getting burnt out of this whole ecom thing. Just lacking motivation to keep on keeping on. Until one little shift in my perspective. The reason I was getting burnt out is because I was in it for the wrong reason. I wanted to make my money and get the fuck out. Which led to constant frustration that I wasn't out yet. It also led to misaligned morals, and cutting corners. Which was really just shooting myself in the foot. On the verge of throwing in the towel, I had a talk with a good friend and mentor who explained the way he looks at things. "I just deal in customer satisfaction" I realized that I was being wildly selfish. I'd forgotten the real reason for my success so far. It's not the fact that I wanted to make money. It was the fact that I was helping solve a serious problem for my customers. Money is just a by product. The bigger problem you solve, the more you make. I'm now finding I have a bottomless well of motivation to find more of these problems people are having, and solve them. There's a saying that goes "you can either be right, or you can be rich" Being right is like putting yourself first, thinking what you care about is most important. But the moment you let go of that, you open to door to real wealth.

The system I'm using to find 8 figure brand opportunities with AI: 1. Feed chat GPT with all the killer brands I know and why they work 2. Explain my super power 3. Ask it to find desperate pain points for women 55+ that I can solve with my super power 4. Yell at it for an hour or two so it comes up with a large quantity of ideas to look into 5. Go to Amazon to scope demand 6. Go to Tiktok to scope virality 7. Go to Aliexpress to scope COGS 8. Talk to someone wiser than me to verify if the idea is truly a banger or not
