Is something fishy going on at The @guardiancoachKE Parcels Department? Yesterday, I asked my supplier to send me a package from @guardiancoachKE offices, and he did. I received a message at yesterday night at 9:55 PM confirming that my parcel had left Nairobi. Today at 3:02 PM, I got another message stating that it had arrived in Keroka and was ready for collection. However, when we went to pick it up, my package was nowhere to be found. I provided the tracking number, but all they said was, *"Mzigo yako haijafika."* Now I'm wondering—has my package been lost, is this a scam, or is there something I'm missing?
