Despite this crazy gap in speed I still think that even Sanji takes him to at least high diff. Sanji 2 shot someone with about half the doriki of Lucci. Luffy barely put double Jabra down after a gatling attack + a sneak G3 attack. His ap is considerably lower than both imo

The second of the above two options makes more sense to me. I do think multiple asura usages is just straight up in the story against Kaku, unless you think the first "usage" (using it loosely because I believe Zoro flashed it and immediately detransformed) wasn't asura.
