@gonglei89 my chinese friends expressed clear offense at the thought of chinese people preferring a different system. this is obviously ideological to a great many people.

@gonglei89 like i said, if they're so wusuowei about proliferation of socialism and want to reunite with taiwan so badly then why don't they renounce it and come to the table? i bet taiwanese people would be open to that. that will never happen because they are very ideological.

@gonglei89 i do care about ideology; i am a person with opinions. unlike the ccp, a famously unideological organization and is involved in no conflicts over attempting to impose its systems on a strongly opposed population. it's okay to admit that china is very ideological.
