@NotLikeMonopoly I'm sorry you and she went through that. And sure, there have been nights like that. My wife's on a lot of pain meds, and she still gets days like that, but it's not the majority of them. We all have different experiences.

@NotLikeMonopoly It’s just quiet. It’s not a full ER room of yelling people and EKG alarms like in a TV show. It’s waiting for the next appointment, the next test result, and all takes a lot of time:

@NotLikeMonopoly It’s totally cool that you not get it. The truth about dying, in this particular circumstance, is that it’s not an EKG flatline, it’s harder to breathe and a little bit more painful every year, so that the emergency room can’t treat it and you just have to cope
