@the_satellite23 Cincinnati's entire metro area only has ~28,000 foreign born Latin Americans/Hispanics. Only 1.5%. Of those, a smaller amount is located in Price Hill, and an even smaller are illegal. Not sure how this small of a population can make a massive impact on a community.
