No surprise here, but today Rollie Worster was officially named Gatorade Player of the Year. The Hellgate junior & Griz hoops commit led the Knights to a 21-2 record and runner-up finish at state, averaging 22.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists & 1.3 steals per game this season.

Volunteers and coaching staff were out at the Belgrade Softball Complex removing snow from the varsity field. There is more than a foot of snow that's being cleared.

Many coaches bemoan transfer situation in college football. Common sentiment is "sticking it out is better for development of young men.". McCutcheon caught 18 passes TOTAL between 2017-2019 at MSU. He waited his turn, blew up in 2021, is catching TDs in the NFL. Pretty cool.

FFS just move it to Vegas so everyone can enjoy the product. Every region can fly reasonably to Vegas and it’s a decent drive from the North schools.
Frisco has an option to host the FCS title game thru the 2026 season. The next contract will be up for bid w/ an early Feb. bid deadline. Other cities have expressed interest in hosting. One city I can confirm is Tampa Bay. But expect Frisco to put in another very competitive bid.
