@badbenarnold @GergelyOrosz Despite the status page indicating global issues have been fixed, there are actually still things in other regions that are affected. Admin operations on BT instances in US regions are failing due to global metadata issues.

@philwinkle Never grease them (that would take too much effort), but occasionally I’ll spray a bit of WD-40 at the top of the hinge pins whenever I notice them squeaking.

@kalenjordan APIs don’t always have URLs. Take GRPC or a DB driver for example. An “API endpoint” is a generic term for an entry point to an APIs communication channel. It might be a URL (as in the case of REST or SOAP) or could be a host:port for MySQL, or could be a Unix socket identifier.

@kalenjordan @royrubin05 I’m unaware of any means to *just* block the reels and shorts. Haven’t tried. At this point it’s just the two adults in the house to worry about here. Kids won’t have devices for at least a few more years.
