Miners perhaps, some retail. Then there is always the papering argument. ETFs buying from Coinbase are off chain transactions I've heard. When are they settled? Are they settled? We don't actually know for sure. Need wallets for ETFs to be known to compare.

Interesting takes on hidden energy and weapon tech over here. The BTC angle is potential of free (low cost) energy production and what that may mean for mining. Assuming Scaler tech becomes common place which it may not. Just something to keep an eye on.

Can see an argument for it give Coinbase and ETF transactions are off chain and settled later (days?). Wallets of ETFs are unknown mostly I think or not confirmed. Counter is public ledger will make it obvious to all if they do do this and total exceeds 21 million.
