@Shopify I get harassed by your people begging me to buy into your funding program, but you have absolutely no customer service elsewhere. It’s frightening. I would like to speak to a representative about some issues I’m having and the help center is not helpful. It’s a joke.

@ShopifySupport I get spam called almost daily by you trying to get me to borrow money. Why can’t I get someone on the phone for actual help?

@ShopifySupport There’s no way to speak to a person? I do a lot of business with you guys. Seems nearly criminal not to have actual support. The help center is terrible. That can’t be the only option.

@ShopifySupport I haven’t been able to find information either, but that doesn’t make it not true. Should i provide some screenshots of what it cost me before vs now?

@ShopifySupport I’d prefer to be able to speak to someone. Your help center is not an option. Maybe someone can contact me. I’m considering leaving the platform.
