I have to be honest here, disappointed to see this.
We’ve helped a lot of the team at Phantom do taxes, and when trying to get a partnership (and give Phantom users 100% free taxes) were left out to dry.

A lot of customers ask me if we'll have a certain feature/fix in place before a certain date.
My answer is usually "Give us 24 hours". Usually they are surprised; I think people are used to hearing "we'll have this done by Q2". I speak in hours, not quarters.
