My close friend, co-author, & long time colleague, @LordBermondsey, introduced me years ago to the term “confusion bomb.” It’s when you create a crisis to draw focus away from your real efforts. The Trump administration is confusion-bombing the hell out of the Left/media. I mean, we’re talking carpet confusion bombing. Saturation confusion bombing. Tactical nuclear confusion bombing. And it’s working spectacularly. 🤣👍❤️ So my advice those of us supporting this administration is: don’t get too wound up over a given issue (see: Gaza), because there are other things in play. Just buckle up & enjoy the show.

I’m old enough to remember at around age 12 (~1965) driving with my mom on Hwy 395 in inland CA to drop off my brother at Lone Pine (he was going backpacking w/some friends). We had an old Ford Country Squire station wagon, and for the trip we had a water bag like this one, filled with water, hanging off the front of the car in case the radiator overheated. IIRC, there are actually some water stops along that stretch of 395 as well, set up for cars overheating. And I’m pretty sure we had to stop and put water in the radiator at least once.
