The record of 86 living donors in one year from KY is from 2001. It stands out as an anomaly: 36 more than the prior year & the # would not get in the 80’s again until 2018. When the data is finalized for 2024, there’s a chance KY will finally meet or beat 2001 🎉 #savelivesyall

HR6020 will no longer take the income of the recipient into account when living organ donors apply for $ assistance through NLDAC. Passage through the House is a BIG win. Thank you @RepGuthrie & all of the supporters that helped this happen. On to the Senate 🎉 #savelivesyall
