Under Marguerite’s leadership Momofuku has transformed from a chef-centric fine dining company into one of the most dynamic and vibrant restaurant and CPG brands in the world. She will no doubt have a huge impact on our business, and I'm excited to have her with us.
How can the restaurant industry leverage NFTs?
I think we’ll see 2 versions:
1. NFTs as a way to organize a membership club - ie. Flyfish Club by

News this week is that
