Nouns DAO is transitioning to a Wyoming DUNA and replacing the Fork as its minority protection mechanism. The new design streams each Nounβs winning bid to the DAO, allowing owners to exit by canceling their stream and withdrawing unvested funds. Audit of the new design begins.
