My dad was a paramedic. He delivered babies, resuscitated fathers, picked up body parts off the highway and held people's hands as they died. The stress is crazy.

Canadians should demand a well-rounded campaign on issues that impact us the most. including the economy and foreign affairs. To elect someone who actively avoids international relations would be a mistake. It's like electing Flat Stanley.

I was a tourist to your Capitol. We went through security, travelled with our guide, got to sit in the House gallery, saw statuary hall, even watched a video. What we didn't do: scale the building, break windows, hang a noose, taser the police or beat them with flags.
