@Dr_Done_ I have been a traing nursing associate and a qualified one we were under the supervision of University although a lot of practical learning in placements however I never said I was a student nurse and always explained my role correctly when asked I am now doing my top up to RN

Yesterday I received the news that I had won a GEM award for Health and Well-being . This is something I am passionate about and enjoy doing small things that can make a massive difference for staff patients and our students. Beyond greatful to the person who nominated me.

@Delilah15707758 @amxxny97 @Keynotecid Always put the patient first and if you can do why would someone else need to help you out why should nurses take on extra jobs I am sure they have enough of their own if they do something to help out a colleague then that is their choice not the doctors right surely ?
