I built a website to ask her out. Engraved the URL into a barcoded necklace and gave it to her.
Whenever she scans the barcode, it automatically loads the website. I later used the site for apologies and goodwill messages. It’s up till today.

Back in 2016, Microsoft had cohort style D-Day interviews. I interviewed with five other kids from other schools around the country, everyone got an offer except me. It was the first time I cried after a rejection mail. It was also the last time I cried for any rejection.
