@nwscug am here out of frustration. For 3 weeks we have not received water, but everytime we raise the issue we are assured of how we would receive the service that day. How much do other people with water pay that we can't afford? Be fair.

@KagutaMuseveni Am yet to see your actions that can convince me that this is what we are intentionally doing moving forward. We see a lot of ruthlessness collecting taxes but more potholes coming up, corruption everywhere, long unnecessary convoys, birthday parties celebrated in every town!
