Sometimes people play victims to avoid being held responsible for their actions/inactions.These people will blame anyone &anything for their self-inflicted problems.They will blame it on traffic jam,village neighbors,economy,so as to seek sympathy.Let victim playing stop in 2022.

When people make financial contributions to marriage events,projects,tuition etc,they contribute in their personal capacities, what they can afford &how many more requests they have beyond yours. So do not despise their contributions b’se of the position/office such people hold.
