1. learn aiming like you would learn a musical instrument - master the technique slowly at first
2. flick fast but take your time on the correction
3. restart if you miss in the first 10 secs
4. restart on 4th miss

I have been asked what I think the human limit is for aim trainers. I honestly doubt anyone is even close to their own limit.
I am personally convinced I am far from it.
If you're stuck, that's when you really have to gather your willpower and break the plateau.

Aim trainers are like a gym. You can misuse them and spin your wheels to a degree, but even then you'll probably still slightly improve, but if you find the right way to use them, they will obviously provide a massive advantage in terms of training efficiency.
People who are saying aimtrainers are completely useless, are coping, bcs others have better aim, or because they are mad, that they didnt have aimtrainers when they started playing FPS.

The concept of "filling the polling rate with higher dpi" is a massive misunderstanding of what polling rate is and what these report rate checkers are doing.
You DON'T need higher dpi for your mouse to "hit a certain hz". You need higher dpi for these programs to show it.
