The aim of the warmup is to prepare you both mentally and physically for the activity. It usually takes 5-15mins to acquire a good mouse feel for aiming, anything that exceeds that time frame indefinitely becomes a training. If your goal is to perform well during ranked matches,
Dead simple Valorant routine (adjust to your needs):
1. 30m Aim Trainer (No restarts).
2. 30m Range (My routine).
3. 30m TDM (Your agent).
4. Ranked but stop when tilted.
Rules:
- No autopilot.
- Accuracy: 100%.
- Focus: Your weaknesses.
Do this daily = You will climb.

If you spend more time thinking about how to improve or how to grind rather than just grinding, you will never achieve anything in games.
Best players are often hard grinding without overthinking "BEST" methods, they just GRIND while looking for potential errors.

I'm seeing aim video. Read into comments : "aim trainers are useless". At this point no matter who is talking about them, be it a pro like Styko, or insane aimer like Viscose, people are just like rocks. There is literally NOTHING to lose by spending extra 10mins on training.

So sad that people are genuinely asking me to play on their accounts for money to get high scores, so they can flex on their friends with scores they don't deserve (xD). Scores are useless, what could make them valuable is the hardship to get them, VALUE is linked to DIFFICULTY.
