@zzGodSpeed @TheFlockOpinion Yep. It happens most drafts, ravens fans can’t bemoan the fact that another team lucked into a stud. It wasn’t a strategy on their part just blind luck

@WINCINNATI_ @Bengals Problem is that Cincinnati doesn’t have the eagles gm making decisions for them. Can’t do business that way if you’re not near the top of the league in terms of drafting quality players.

@MetaBuddie @jacksettleman Of course. There’s no way to know the actual number. But it’s just common sense that the majority of people watching the halftime show didn’t know any of that backstory

@BBurke72 @LJTranslator Of course he’s doing it for engagement, he runs a sports media company not a ravens media company.

@JackDuffin Isn’t he asking for a trade ostensibly because the team is looking to do a rebuild? Otherwise why would he want out

@TrippyKicka I mean if you think Baltimore won’t win a Super Bowl because this guy who isn’t associated with the team wore a mahomes Jersey, idk what to tell you

@TParisien2 @RGIII Plenty of mvp’s have won with elite teams around them. Kurt Warner won two mvps as the qb of the greatest show on turf. He had a 1400yd hof rb and two 1k yd receivers. This argument about the qb needing to succeed in spite of the team around him is completely new to mvp discourse

@CClampzz @HoodieRamey Josh Allen and the bills weren’t the 1 seed this year though. So he had worse stats and wasn’t the qb of the top team, and also wasn’t the 1st team all pro qb. Really isn’t an argument for him to have won it.

@JackDuffin Does this mean they’ve been bad in the wrong year every year since 1999? Because they’ve had opportunities and have continually picked the wrong qb at every turn so far for 26 years

@MaryKayCabot 3-14 with the most expensive team in nfl history. Considering the advantages they have over almost every other team in the nfl in terms of cash spend ability, there is very good reason to be down on the team. They aren’t close

@FilmstudyRavens @RavensTalkPod And I understand that’s not exactly a 2024 Lamar question, it’s more of a 2025 Lamar question. as in where does this offense improve under Jackson next year by continuing to develop its identity. Sorry if that’s not the clearest thought!

@realjakevogel While it’s extremely unlikely he is traded to Baltimore, let alone within the division, ravens fans should be rooting for Cleveland to enter full rebuild mode and trade their stars. In fact it’s probably in both team’s interest

@SportsBoyTony I said the same when they adjusted the contract last season. Chubb was forced to agree to it, they approached him well after free agency. If loyalty ran on both sides, they would’ve done it before FA and gave him a choice that benefitted the team and the player, not just the team
