Trying to not let the winter blues get me down. I will say winter always finds a way to teach me to appreciate events I would normally take for granted, such as sunshine. Even a slight bit of sunshine at the end of the day is enough to make me smile.

I would love to say the cold never bothered me anyway, but I’m unfortunately not Elsa, and my outdoor yoga flows are quick. Walking in the snow barefoot is extremely invigorating to say the least,but what can start as fun very quickly turns to frost bite,so I’m not outside long

Daily practice is what makes the difference. Consistency and patience create steady growth. You will advance faster practicing 10 minutes every day than you will only 1 hour a week. There is truth in the phrase “don’t rush the process”.
