@jonah73009834 @NoFloatingVoter @NZNationalParty They aren’t giving billions. The land lords get interest deductibility on rental expenses. Just like every other business in NZ. So they just don’t pay as much tax as they did under Labour which during that period we seen rents go up over 20%.

@NoFloatingVoter @NZNationalParty There is nothing stopping NZ investors investing more in NZ. The reality is the tax rate is higher than most of the western world and the returns aren’t high enough. They get better bang for buck in other countries.
