@OutageHD @LosoDeGoat So Mandela proposed a deal that would help give everyone a more viable solution which would allow south Africans of all races and tribes to own land and resources but the elitist pro apartheid blocked this deal and to this day south africa still has a massive wealth inequality

If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.
