SCOTUS needs to clear up which courts can exercise which kinds of power. One rando lower court judge ruling that entire executive branch functions are banned from accountability to elected/appointed leadership... ...Is clearly overstepping AND unconstitutional. Leaving a terrible choice between a. letting the robed tyrant's clearly illegitimate order stand as binding b. letting executive branch set a precedent of ignoring the judicial branch when it deems appropriate For all the talk of a "constitutional crisis"... USA needs a competent left to articulate an alternative vision for progress, with capable executives and administrators who can make positive change happen. But that's not what we have.
