SON DAKİKA | 79 ülke, ABD'nin Uluslararası Ceza Mahkemesi'ne Netanyahu hakkında tutuklama kararı çıkardığı için yaptırım uygulamasına karşı bildiri yayınladı. Türkiye, bildiriye katılmadı.

Bu durumda Filistin gerçekten İsrail vatandaşlarının yargılanamayacağını kabul ederek Oslo Antlaşmalarını Filistin devletinin iç hukukunun bir parçası olarak kabul etse dahi UCM'nin Filistin iç hukukuna göre değil, kendi tüzüğüne göre hareket etmesi gerektiği anlaşılıyor.

How is it possible for an occupier like you to revoke the diplomats' status within the area you are illegally controlling?
Today, I ordered the revocation of diplomatic status for 8 Norwegian diplomats in Israel who were dealing with Palestinian Authority affairs. Instead of fighting Palestinian terrorism after October 7th and supporting Israel in its war against the Iranian axis of evil, Norway chose to reward Hamas murderers and rapists by recognizing a Palestinian state. But they didn't stop there—they also joined the baseless lawsuit against us in the ICC, seeking arrest warrants for the Prime Minister and the Defense Minister. Norway has pursued a one-sided policy on the Palestinian issue and will therefore be excluded from any involvement in it. Those who attack us and pursue a one-sided policy against us will pay a price.
